![]() All of the aforementioned are commitments to my community. I am a graduate of the PA State Police, and a Democrat Committee person for Ward 13.3, which is an elected position, chosen by those living in my district. As of this writing, I continue to serve our city by being a member of the Housing Zoning Board, Fair Housing, and advisor to our youth that participate at the Boys and Girls Club of Harrisburg, and past CASA representative and Neighborhood Conflict Advisor. I assisted in developing the fair application of housing laws. I work with neighborhood groups on promoting clean and safe environments and neighborhoods. Helping seniors navigate systems to get needed access and resources for affordable housing, safe/livable housing and food (meals on wheels) to sustain their quality of life is critical to my being. My lifelong focus has been involvement in prevention and intervention services that reach our youth and senior citizen populations. I consider myself a role model, especially to the youth that I serve. I work hard to debunk this generalization by representing my city with respect for self and others, and ethical, honest, compassionate and fair behavior. As an African American male, living in communities that are often characterized in a negative light. I am a part of the fabric of my community. My direct relationship with the community and having knowledge/understanding of their needs qualifies me for the office of Magisterial District Judge. Experience: Public service has always been a priority in my life.
